Description

We are hiring an experienced Liability Claims Adjuster to work in a hybrid capacity from our Arlington, TX office 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote.

In this position, you will:

Manage an inventory of 90-110 claims files while providing exceptional customer service.
Utilize your negotiation skills to strategically move claims toward resolution.
Understand medical aspects of claims management.
Retain and direct defense counsel.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of litigation management experience.
Demonstrated success in exercising independent decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation competency.
Above-average teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying claim volume.
