Salary: £24,960 per annum (£12 per hour).

Our Nursery by Bees Day Nursery and Preschool Braintree Galleys Corner are proud to hold an Ofsted rating of Good. Easily found on Braintree Road with free onsite parking. If you are travelling to our Braintree nursery by public transport, the nearest bus stop is Freeport Station (Stop 2), which is approximately a 15-minute walk. The warm and friendly team look forward to welcoming a new Level 3 Practitioner, joining them in giving our children the best start in life.

What to expect as a Nursery Practitioner: As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. Take ownership of the observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps. Ensure we encourage and praise children’s development and achievements. And most of all…have FUN!

Minimum Requirements

To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
