Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in anesthesiology and critical care, with the ability to provide high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. Duties

Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgical procedures.
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
Perform venipuncture for intravenous access and medication administration.
Manage airway during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals in the operating room (OR).
Utilize Cerner for patient documentation and electronic health records management.
Implement pain management strategies post-operatively to enhance patient recovery.
Adhere to aseptic techniques and maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding anesthesia processes.

Requirements

Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Proven experience in anesthesiology, critical care, or related medical office settings.
Proficiency in airway management techniques.
Strong knowledge of pain management protocols.
Familiarity with Cerner or similar electronic health record systems is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $212,000.00 per year
