Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As an RBT, you'll implement Behavioral Intervention Plans and Treatment Goals under the guidance of a BCBA. You'll work one-on-one with children, teaching communication and social skills in a fun, engaging environment. RBT certification is not required to start; our excellent program will provide certification within 2-6 weeks.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism and their families. You'll help children develop essential skills, such as communication, social interaction, and problem-solving, through individualized therapy sessions. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about helping others and are looking for a rewarding career in autism therapy.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED (Psychology coursework preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to receive and implement feedback
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
