The Clinical Sales Manager is responsible for planning and achieving the sales targets for Bender UK's clinical products in healthcare settings. This role requires a strategic thinker with a good understanding of the clinical environment and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Clients & Stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Help design business processes including automation based on the Salesforce Platform.
Maintain a proactive attitude towards Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices.
Perform code reviews, debug, and troubleshoot issues to optimize solutions.
Develop and implement interfaces with 3rd party software.
Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs including Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and custom objects.
Familiarize with other software used in the business to support integration and process design.
Lead detailed design workshops, playbacks, testing, and training sessions.

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience of working in Sales in a similar industry.
Experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous.
Proven track record of delivering stretched sales targets.
Full, clean UK driving license.

Job Type: Full-time – remote working

Locations: North-West

There is travel involved in this role as you would be expected to attend site meetings as required to represent Bender UK in all stages of the sales process. A company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, and iPad will be provided.
