Requirements:

Duties:

Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
Repair or replace broken fixtures, appliances, or equipment
Install or assemble furniture, fixtures, or other items as needed
Paint walls, ceilings, or other surfaces as required
Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Skills:

Strong knowledge of various tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work
Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
