We are currently looking for an experienced painting estimator/project manager for residential and commercial paint projects. This position has the ability to earn $50,000-$100,000+ income annually.

Sales & Project Estimator Responsibilities:

Interfacing with Commercial & Residential Customers to provide detailed Painting Estimates.
Prospect, Promote, Sell, and Secure painting contracts from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based sales approach.
Effectively Communicate painting products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
Manage the painting projects from start to completion, interfacing with customers and paint crew members during the process.
Effectively communicates scope of work and requirements to paint crew members.
Resolves customer discrepancies in a timely, efficient manner.
Contributes to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Ideal Candidate’s Skills & Qualifications:

1+ years painting sales experience
1+ years painting project management
Ability to Self-Generate Sales in addition to Company Leads.
Possess a Professional, Positive, First-Class attitude
Strong Negotiating & Closing Skills
Strong Organizational Skills & Time Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
