Job Summary
We are seeking Case Management Supervisors/ RN Case Managers for a six-month contract at the Detroit Campus (2799 W. Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48202).

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Required Skills and Experience:

Epic and Careport experience (must have)
Current acute care case management leadership experience (minimum 2 years)
Inpatient hospital case management experience (must have)
Discharge planning and utilization management experience
Extensive case management experience – no time for training on the basics
RN or LMSW license
Master's degree required for LMSW
BSN required for RN

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Travel nursing

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Rotating shift
