Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of community operations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.
Develop and implement programs that enhance resident satisfaction and quality of life.
Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Engage with residents and families to understand their needs and expectations.

Qualifications:

Passion for Seniors: Feels strong about working with the senior population. Has a drive to go above and beyond for seniors.
