Job Overview
The Program Director position is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of programs catering to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long-term care, group homes, and assisted living facilities.

Duties

Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of residents
Manage medication administration protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
Oversee budgeting and financial acumen to maintain program sustainability
Coordinate with staff to provide quality care and support services
Ensure efficient operations management to optimize program effectiveness

Requirements

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A PROGRAM DIRECTOR WORKING WITH DDA CLIENTS
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Proficiency in creating and implementing care plans
Knowledge of home and community care best practices
Strong background in budgeting and financial management
Ability to lead a team effectively in a group home or assisted living setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
