Job Overview

High volume Social Dining concept, primed for growth is looking for a full-time General Manager/Director of Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining daily operations, staffing and developing our team, managing store KPI’s and profitability.

In partnership with senior leadership, you will define and implement operational policies and procedures and address overall business goals. As the ideal candidate, you will have a track record of success in hospitality leadership and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and developing people.

Qualifications & Requirements

Degrees & Certifications are great, but not required.
Strong leadership skills and at least 5 years of experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
Must be willing to relocate.
Experience in HR management, staff recruitment, training, and scheduling, ensuring compliance with labor laws in a multi-unit business.
Experience in conceptualizing and executing menus, strategy, and guest experience execution in a multi-unit business.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost control, and P&L management.
Adept at multitasking with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with guests and employees at all levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for exceptional guest experiences, social dining, and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
