We are looking for an amazing executive with leadership experience and expertise of Prescription Benefit Manager (PBM) services in relation to Medicare Part D within Long Term Care/Pharmacies. Who we’re looking for:

The VP, Network Solutions is responsible for managing a team of three Network Specialists who provide Network SME engagement to MHA LTCP Members and internal teams, integrating Net-Rx technology into the LTCP member and PBM/Plan value proposition, providing overall Network strategic guidance in collaboration with other LTCP and cross-functional leaders in relation to prospective contracting opportunities, leveraging the team of Network Specialists and Engagement Enablement staff to create synergistic member and partner communication plans, and co-developing a Network internal and external dashboard. The VP will also be a resource for our member engagement team in terms of targeted training and opportunity awareness & analysis related to optimizing MHA negotiated Part D contracts. The VP will also develop and maintain trusted relationships with key business partners and, as requested, member pharmacies in conjunction with internal MHA solution teams and LTCP member engagement teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Maintain industry relationships.
Develop annual strategic business plans connected to job objectives.
Track and monitor execution plans and results of strategic business plans and communicate successes and opportunities accordingly.
Work with LTCP sales and account management organizations, business partners, and MHA staff to segment MHA member base and related MHA staff for gaps in solution understanding, training, education, opportunity analysis/targeting, and consistent and impactful MHA value messaging.
Become a key lead/business partner for MHA cross-functional teams in routine internal/external messaging campaigns, trade show, and member engagement event strategies.
Maintain key customer relationships and participate in MHA member and PBM/Plan QBRs as needed.
Proven ability to influence C-level executives and help direct reports develop industry expertise and drive results.
Create PBM QBR SOP and execution tactics.
Manage the non-Big 3 PBMs.
Understand basic reimbursement mechanisms with Part D and commercial and Medicaid.
Decipher market activities like the reform that is happening today without outside consultants.
Develop a recommendation for a future operational network team versus status quo.
Effectively communicate and engage with members.
Build effective relationships with PBMs and plans to help with conflict resolution and contract value.
Develop simple dashboards to help manage key annual objectives and goals.
Manage member AR and net revenue P&L and balance sheet objectives proactively.
Understand the right and effective times to communicate and message our membership broadly and timely on key activities.
Effectively engage and develop the team and maximize quarterly engagement scores.
Be a student and expert of what is included within each of our current MHA agreements.
Have an excellent reputation of partnering with internal and external constituents, partners, and other service providers.
Constantly monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend tactical strategies for network value expansion.
Achieve and exceed network revenue objectives.
Responsible for budgeting and forecasting.
Manage and motivate direct reports in terms of business and interpersonal development.
Maintain strong communications, ensuring a deep connection to the marketplace, consumers, and influencer community.
Collaborate and interact frequently with Long-Term Care Pharmacy Senior Leadership.
Act as a LTC representative working with Trade relations and MHA business partners to develop product strategies for the LTC marketplace.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Bachelor’s degree + MBA or other directly applicable advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of directly related commercialization, account management, sales, or combinations of such experience.
Successful track record managing the achievement of results.
7+ years of directly related leadership experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Insurance Provider or GPO.
Expertise of Prescription Benefit Manager (PBM) services in relationship to Medicare Part D within Long-Term Care Pharmacies/Facilities preferred.
Excellent planning, analysis, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of hands-on leadership experience.
Strategic big-picture thinker with a proven ability to drive step-changes in emerging businesses.
Skilled communicator, able to distill complex issues to straightforward concepts.
Strong collaboration, teamwork, and partnership skills.
