Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee our retail establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Duties

Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Manage inventory, stock levels, and purchasing activities
Provide leadership and guidance to the store team
Conduct employee orientation and training programs
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
Monitor market trends to optimize product offerings
Utilize bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base

Experience

Proven experience in a retail management role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Familiarity with sales management techniques
Experience in purchasing and maintaining stock levels
Pawn Shop: 1 year (Required)
