General Manager

The General Manager is responsible for the overall operations and profitability of Cafe Yoto. They ensure guests enjoy experiences, drive positive financial results, own facilities maintenance, cultivate a positive culture for team members, handle beverage inventory and ordering, create SOPs for FOH and support the development and leadership of the management team.

Responsibilities Include:

Own Your Shifts - take full responsibility for everything that happens during prep and service
Work the Floor - be present and engaged during service, moving throughout the restaurant and serving staff and guests
Lead by Example - set the example of what is expected and in alignment with our values of: Joyful Service, Exceptional Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Honor of Tradition
Develop and Continuously Improve Front of House Operating Procedures
Guarantee a Thriving Culture - staff, schedule and lead a team that is aligned with our values and creates an excellent guest and employee experience
Own guest relations, communications, recovery and sales
Own the maintenance of facilities and equipment
Drive the team to exceed Sales, Cost of Goods, Labor Spend, and Controllable Expense Goals
Ensure beverage inventory and ordering is completed
