Kent, Campa and Kate Incorporated (KCK) is a federal contracting company that provides professional services to Government Agencies. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Management Analyst II position supporting the Foreign Service Institute.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required and minimum of 7 years relevant experience OR 4 years plus MS/MA (or higher) degree in a related field.
Secret Clearance required.
Knowledge and experience performing the following duties: process mapping, quantitative data analysis and metrics, life cycle costing, business and organizational improvement, and trend analysis.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of administrative and technical programs.
Knowledge is applied to conduct studies, analyze findings and make recommendations related to the planning of substantive operating programs.

Working Duties (including, but not limited to):

Plans and conducts studies for efficiency of operations of Bureau organizations.
Compares assigned functions with those actually observed.
Notes workload, workflow, processes, methods, turnaround time on transactions, and feedback from client organizations to evaluate efficiency.
Recommends adjustments to the scope and focus of studies based on findings or management’s directions.
Drafts reports of findings and offers recommendations for improvements.
Applies generally accepted management principles and practices to design organizations that facilitate the flow of information.
Presents proposed organizational designs to Bureau management officials.
Participates in special studies of the administrative management aspects of sensitive situations.
Gathers facts and analyzes results relevant to specific issues assigned for investigation.
Formulates conclusions and recommendations for action and submits them for incorporation into reports and presentations.
