Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations lead that will be a jack of all trades. This role is pivotal in managing daily operations, ensuring projects stay on track, and providing accountability across the team. The ideal candidate will be an organizational powerhouse with a knack for project management and a passion for getting things done.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in operations management, project management
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in tools like Notion, Jira, Slack, QuickBooks, and Excel.
Attributes: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
