Primary Patient Population:

Variety of complex medical disordersTelemetry

Primary skills utilized/learned:

IV placement, blood draws, foley catheter insertion/removalTracheostomy care, NG placement, PEG tube, various drains, wound careTime management, critical thinking, delegating

Personnel RN will work with:

LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, PT/OT, WOCN

Number of beds on unit:

34 beds (14 private rooms, 10 semi-private rooms)

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of OhioCurrent AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

BSNProfessional Certification recognized by the Magnet Association #J-18808-Ljbffr
