Billion dollar healthcare organization targeting an AP Manager to join the growing team!

Role is onsite Whittier

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

JOB DESCRIPTION

Respond timely to email requests from internal and external customers (vendors).
Potentially manage a team of 4-5.
Ability to problem solve and implement processes/policies.
Manage manual payment application of wires and credit cards, including insurances, taxes, rents, etc.
Create wire requests to treasury and work with vendors to ensure payments are applied correctly.
Demonstrate flexibility and ability to work with ambiguity; adapt to changes with short notice.
Scale with the processes created/implemented.
Collaborate with the equivalent AP team.
Conduct weekly payment runs, maintaining a calendar and tracker to ensure no missed/late payments.
Thrive in a currently 100% manual environment.
Possess strong management experience.
