As a Project Lead in the Augmented Coverage & Execution Team (ACE), you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that impact internal software applications and business operations. This includes working closely with clients, stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure that the project meets the requirements, budget, and timeline. The Project Lead will also manage the communication, risk, quality, and scope of projects, as well as resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise. This person will have high internal visibility as their projects impact how HL goes to market and supports revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

Manage the scope, schedule, budget, and quality of projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and team members for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to the IT team.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.

Required Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience.
Motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving problems.
Ability to lead, motivate, delegate, and mentor.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze problems and devise viable solutions.
Ability to collaborate with colleagues and be a team player.
Demonstrate initiative and ownership of tasks and projects.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in team environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience with digital transformation and modern workplace desired.
Microsoft 365 experience preferred.
Familiarity with Asana project management software.
Working knowledge of varied project management methodologies is a strong plus.

Salary Range:

Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is: $140,000.00-$150,000.00. Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
