The first 3 letters in workplace safety are Y-O-U! TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst- FP&A located in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for supporting the BU’s budgeting and forecasting functions. You will support Executive Leadership by providing consolidated budget scenarios and forecasts and other related complex financial calculations/analysis.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for financial modeling that drives forward-looking (annual, quarterly, and monthly) P&L projections.
Support month-end close activities in close partnership with accounting and business partners along with regular spend governance reviews and approvals.
Analyze detailed financial statement information including balance sheet, income statement, and key operational data. Collect and analyze financial data and prepare workpapers supporting the calculations.
Collaborate with key stakeholders in all geographic areas to build successful business partnerships and ensure effective financial management.
Responsible for development of financial presentations to executive leadership and ownership.
Work in multiple systems to prepare and report results.
Initiate cross-functional projects to identify new opportunities for improvement in forecast accuracy and process efficiency.
All other duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or similar field is required.
5-7 years of accounting or finance experience.
Advanced Excel skill set and proficient in PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, BI, EPM Cloud, or other financial reporting software a plus.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Polished communication skills required to interact with C-level leadership.
International experience or a desire to work with international counterparts.
Work experience with accounting firm or consultancy and/or public company a plus.
CPA license or progress towards license.
