Overview:
We are seeking a healthcare attorney to join the firm's Minneapolis office. Successful candidates will have a background in healthcare laws and regulations, including physician self-referral, fraud and abuse laws, state licensing, and HIPAA matters. Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions in the healthcare industry is helpful but not required.

Preferred candidates will have:

2+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory matters and/or healthcare mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
Prior experience in private practice
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, project management, and writing skills
Strong academic background
J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the State of Minnesota
