About the Position
Our Community Nurses provide quality care as part of a team, allowing clients to remain in their own homes. Our Cleveland Service is looking for a Registered Nurse to work in the Community across Cleveland and surrounding areas, providing comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments and planning care.

We're looking for someone with the following qualifications and qualities:

Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
Proof of Hepatitis B vaccination.
Current National Police Check.
Current Drivers License.
Ability to work autonomously as you will be out in the Community and travelling from client to client.
Expertise in wound care, medication management, and post-acute care.
Proven experience in community healthcare with a dedication to continuous improvement.
Exceptional time management skills and a commitment to thorough, up-to-date documentation.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
Proficiency in clinical documentation systems and general computer knowledge.
Compassionate, boundless enthusiasm, and an approachable attitude.
A strong commitment to client-centred care that respects and safeguards their rights, privacy, and well-being.
