I have a REMOTE opportunity in Dallas, TX, for a FinTech Customer Success Manager to join an organization that has been a leader in improving communication and enhancing user experiences through advanced audio analysis technologies.

Your role:

Be the post-sale champion for customer success, managing client relationships and driving the adoption of their voice fraud detection software.
Onboard new clients, maintain strong relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Serve as a bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring seamless product adoption and maximum ROI.
Handle a portfolio of 20-30 accounts, with a focus on credit unions and community banks.
Lead initiatives to roll out new technology and ensure smooth integration for contact center agents and account holders.

What you’ll need:

Experience working in a credit union and/or community bank, particularly in contact center and customer experience roles.
Previous experience in a Customer Success role within a FinTech environment, ideally working with software solutions for financial institutions.
A proven track record of rolling out new technologies and maximizing user adoption.
Excellent people skills, empathy, and the ability to collaborate with IT teams to support client needs.
A passion for using cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions to prevent fraud.
