Position: Public Health RN/BSN (37 Hours Per Week)

Pay Grade: 20 (RN); 21 (BSN)

Salary: $26.31 per hour - RN; $27.53 per hour - BSN

Shift Times: 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday-Thursday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Friday. May also work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Functions of the Position:

Independently practices within a broad scope of nursing, focusing on prevention strategies.
Manages complex clinical issues.
Serves as a public health resource person in the community.
Applies epidemiology to communicable disease control and investigation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must possess a Diploma, A.D.N. or B.S.N. in Nursing and a current Ohio RN license.
Two (2) years of nursing experience is preferred.
Must have knowledge of nursing techniques and methodologies; human relations, counseling; interviewing and education; public relations; community health problems; community resources; pediatric immunizations.
