Requirements
- DMD or DDS From Accredited University by the (ADA CODA)
- Clear and Active Dentist License in the State of Florida
- Documentation of Hepatitis B Vaccination
- Proof of Malpractice Insurance
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
