Job Summary
The Procurement Systems Analyst will be responsible for the Procurement Accounting and Logistics Modernization (PALM) readiness project and for remediation tasks for the Procurement Development Application (PDA), Consultant Evaluation (CE) Application and the Professional Prequalification Application (PPQ) due to the implementation of the client.

What You'll Do
Develop designs and functional specifications for Procurement applications related to Procurement Accounting and Logistics Modernization (PALM) remediation and making modifications to Procurement applications for PALM remediation
Convey information, in both written and verbal formats, to individuals or groups in a wide variety of settings and effectively listen and process information provided by others
Motivate, encourage, and challenge others and adapt leadership styles in a variety of situations
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 3 years of systems analysis/programming experience
Provide code remediation for PALM impacted Procurement Applications
Work with a team to implement technology solutions for the client Procurement Office related to PALM impacts
Knowledge Skills and Abilities: SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, Azure SQL,C#, .NET, DevOps, Azure Cloud
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
