Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale.
- Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home.
- Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings.
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings.
- Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate.
- Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly.
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched.
- Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments.
- Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate License.
- 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success.
- Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential.
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself.
Compensation:
$50,000 - $125,000 yearly
