The Role
キンドリルはSAPインフラ・ビジネスを主体としておりますが、IBMからの分社化以降に新組織としてアプリケーション専用組織の立ち上げています。今回はそのアプリケーション組織の中でもSAPにフォーカスした人材の募集となり、インフラのPMやチームと連携し、SAPアプリケーションビジネスを展開できる要員の募集になります。
当面は運用保守のビジネスが主体となりますので、SAP運用保守担当でビジネスをリードできる方を募集しております。お客様の業務課題やSAPアプリの課題に関するコンサルティング、SAP技術を用いた解決方法を提案・設計・実装することをリードいただきます。主にはアプリケーション保守におけるビジネスを軸足を持ちつつ、SAP S/4 HANA展開や先進技術に関する上流コンサルティングについても活動し、お客様が抱えているSAP関連の課題を解決することを支援します。
業務内容
以下の何れかの業務を担当いただきます
・業務からSAP ERPへの業務設計、カスタマイジングを提案・要件定義、設計、実装までをリードする
・SAP AMS領域において、FI,CO,SD,MM,PPの何れかSAPモジュール、もしくはABAP開発業務をリードする
・GlobalのSAPアプリ技術者(英語圏)を管理し、日本のお客様にSAP AMSサービスを提供するブリッジをし、お客様にサービスを提供するPMを担当する
勤務環境
・リモートでの在宅勤務を中心に、ニーズに基づいて出社やお客様先を訪問することがあります

必須（MUST）
下記、いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
• FI,CO,SD,MM,PPの何れかのモジュールで、SAPアプリケーション・コンサルタント、もしくはSAP開発者としての豊富な知識と経験（8年以上、かつ複数社での経験)
• SAP開発(ABAP)をリードした経験（8年以上、かつ複数社での経験）
• SAPアプリケーション運用保守の複数社での経験（8年以上、かつ複数社での経験）
• SAP展開プロジェクト(Green Field)における構想策定、要件定義、設計フェーズにてプロジェクトをリードした経験(合計7年以上)
歓迎（WANT）
• SAP認定資格取得 (FI,CO,SD,MM,PP,WM,QM,PS,PM,ABAP)

Who You Are
You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work.
Required Skills and Experience
• 8+ years of experience in application development and deployment
• 8+ years in application migration and modernization
• 8+ years in application architecture, middleware and data experience
• Variety of technologies including BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems and networking
• Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
Preferred Skills and Experience
• SaaS application implementation experience: (Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc.)
• Application modernization tools, e.g. CAST
• Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes
