Colorectal Surgery Opening in Kansas City, MO
Located in Kansas City, MO - Full time; Employed - Seeking BC/BE - 3-5 Years of experience preferred
Overview:
- The ideal candidate will join an established colorectal and surgical practice and be part of a collaborative and growing team.
- The program is actively in the process of becoming a National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer (NAPRC) and would be the only program in the region to have that distinction, demonstrating our compliance and commitment to providing high-quality rectal cancer care.
- Future option to invest in our ambulatory surgery centers.
- Elective general surgery cases are not a requirement; dedicated colonoscopy time approximately a half day a week.
- We are the primary teaching hospital for the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) Medical School; opportunity for academic appointment through UMKC, commensurate with level of experience.
- Eligible candidates must have completed a general surgery residency training program & completed or be in the process of completing an accredited colorectal surgery fellowship.
