Job Duties:

Verifying physician order and procedure to assure accuracy
Explaining the procedure to patient to ensure understanding
Knowledge of CT protocols and be able to operate scanner
Administer Contrast Media
Review patient images prior to transmission to ensure images met diagnostic qualities
Assists in the facilitation of departmental operations
Providing excellent patient care

Education/Certifications:

Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)- (Required)
State License to Practice- (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association- (Required)
