Job Responsibilities

Oversee the full lifecycle of healthcare construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to project completion and handover.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and healthcare administrators to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, especially in active healthcare environments where minimizing disruptions is critical.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain communication with stakeholders.
Ensure quality control and adhere to stringent healthcare facility standards for construction and materials.

Minimum Requirements

7+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction.
Strong knowledge of healthcare building codes, compliance requirements, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to handle the complexities of healthcare projects, including tight deadlines, budget constraints, and working in operational healthcare environments.
Familiarity with project management software, cost estimating, and scheduling tools.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus, as well as a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
