The Clinical Supervisor has the responsibility of assisting the Clinical Manager with supervision, directions, coordinating, and monitoring the overall functions of the clinical staff within ENTAA Care, a practice pod of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians LLC.
Shift: Full-time. Monday through Friday
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Completion of an accredited medical assistant program
- Current Medical Assistant Certification from a nationally recognized accrediting agency
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on patient care within an ambulatory setting or two (2) years of supervisory experience in an ambulatory setting.
Essential Duties Include:
- Supervising, planning, developing, and organizing various clinical services in the practice.
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by complying with established regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Must maintain CMA license and CPR certification.
Salary Range: Minimum $32.00 per hour - Maximum $40.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
