About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Patient Volume: 12-18 per day
- Patient Demographic: Average age of 70 with multiple comorbidities, including diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, CHF, etc.
- Setting: Internal medicine clinic
- Support Staff: MAs, MORs, APP, RN
- EMR: Cerner
- Board certification required
- Paid travel & expenses
