Schedule: 9 hours per week, schedule is flexible within Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Job Details Typical cases: no surgery, evals, cleaning, teeth pulling Requirements: Board Certified, Board Eligible or GP acceptable, DEA, IowaLicense, CPR certification, Background check (3 years), Provider must have their OWN Auto Insurance, and show proof of insurance as this is a requirement due to it being a federal facility. No new grads and must be comfortable with adolescents/young adults. Number of Chairs/Volume per day: 2 chairs / 5-10 Ages: 16-24 (must be comfortable with adolescents/young adults) EMR: paper charting
