Pay: $24 to $34/hour, depending on experience plus $1.00 for 2nd shift differential
Schedule: Second Shift, Monday through Friday - 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Essential Functions and Duties: - Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using precision measuring and testing instruments
- Dismantle and remove defective parts using hand and power tools, hoists, and cranes
- Adjust and calibrate device components and control instruments with hand tools and basic electrical programming knowledge
- Fabricate repair parts using machine shop tools, welders, and grinders while maintaining equipment and supply inventory
- Prepare maintenance reports and maintain technical knowledge through workshops and publications, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications: - Industrial Maintenance Technician Degree or Journeyman License preferred, or three plus years of relevant work experience
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, both mechanical and electrical required; with three years of related working experience required
- Must be able to troubleshoot Pneumatics and Hydraulics
- High school diploma or equivalent with technical degree preferred
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to grasp and manipulate objects, as well as reach overhead
