A local contracting company that provides residential remodels and new builds is looking for General Laborers to join their team. If you have interest in starting a career in the construction industry, this is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the finest outfits in the Gallatin Valley.
Why you want this job!- $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Milwaukee tools are provided
Essential Duties: - Construction site cleanup, moving materials, and supporting the owner as needed.
- Moving lumber, sweeping, shoveling, keeping jobsite clean.
- Main focus is assisting and keeping area decluttered.
- Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Load or unload construction materials.
- Put together and take apart temporary structures
- Remove, fill, or compact earth.
- Follow instructions from supervisor.
- Lifting up to 70lbs.
Qualifications:- Willing to learn and grow in a residential construction setting
- Ability to stand, crouch and bend 8 hours per day
- Must be able to push, pull and lift 50+ lbs. consistently
- Able to work amongst a team
- Clean driving record, reliable transportation, and cell phone required
- Able to operate hand tools safely
