- Schedule: M-F 8a-5p with clinic & procedure days, no call
- Need two providers to cover 2 weeks per month
- Trauma level 2
- Patient Volume: average 18-20 patients
- Support Staff: 9 RN's, 10 MA's, 7 APP's 15 office staff
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: ID license or IMLC, BC, ABLS, ACLS, BLS, fellowship
- Credentialing: 90 days
