Required Education: Masters degree in Nursing or related field required (Health Administration, Business, Public Health, or management).
Required Experience: Minimum seven (7) years of progressive experience in clinical, management and leadership roles within hospital operations.
Previous Magnet Experience preferred.
Nurse Executive Board Certificate within 12 months of hire OR Nurse Executive Advanced Certificate within 12 months of hire.
CA Registered Nurse License.

- Engage nursing and other leaders across the organization in the development, agreement, and success of shared goals.
- Assist in the development of innovative strategic and tactical plans for nursing and clinical performance.
- Participate in the optimization of clinical pathway models with nursing and other leaders to gain maximum efficacy and support for patient care and service.
