About the Role
This Elementary Floater Teacher position plays a critical role at Stratford School. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of elementary students in grades Kindergarten through fifth while supporting and assisting classroom teachers in supervision, or providing other campus assistance as needed. If there is a vacancy in a classroom, you may have the opportunity to step in and lead the class. This is a perfect role for someone looking to gain school and classroom experience!
Implement curriculum
Collaborate with other faculty and staff members
Assist in classroom management and behavior
Provide support in the classroom or office as needed
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Prior classroom experience is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for contributing to the educational growth and development of elementary students
