Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency trained physicians for Hospitalist opportunities.
- Ten physicians typically scheduled per day
- Average census is 15-18 each + average admissions per day is 3 each
- 12-hour shifts
- 7a-7p
- 7p-7a (split shift)
- In the hospital from 7a-midnight and can leave, but need to be available until 7am (refer to as a Split Shift) for direct admissions, etc.
- NP and resident support
- Approximately 2/month
- Additional shifts are available for increased earnings
- Shift based compensation: 172-day shifts @$1736, 10 split shifts @$1350
- +$200 per shift differential over 14 shifts per 28 days
