Our client is seeking an HR Admin to provide comprehensive support to the company for a two month contract. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of managing various administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism. The HR Admin will support scanning hardcopy labor relations documents (grievances, arbitration, etc.), creating case files in the system of record, and uploading these documents to the system of record.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- A typical day would be creating case files in the software, organizing digital copies of documents, scanning hardcopy documents, deriving key information from documents for the case files.
- Screen and prioritize communications, responding on behalf of the administrative team.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decisions.
- Assist with project management tasks and coordinate resources.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Liaise with internal and external parties on behalf of the executive.
- Anticipate and address the CEO's needs to enhance productivity.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing and organizing documents.
Qualifications:- Must have 2 or more years of experience in HR or related field.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion/confidentiality.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Attention to detail/organized
- Ability to handle confidential information and adapt to changing priorities.

Schedule:In-Person Monday - Friday 8am to 5:30pm
Pay:Payrate range is between $22-$25 an hour
Education: High school diploma; Associate degree preferred

Essential Job Functions:- The person in this position frequently communicates with Principal Workforce Analyst and will have minimal interaction with hiring manager and other team members.
- This position constantly requires operating a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a computer, calculator, copier, and printer.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8-hour shifts
