Holly Ridge Center's Infant Toddler Program (ITP) is a neurodevelopmental center providing Early Support Services for children ages birth to three. Our program supports families with education and training so that each child gets the best start possible. With many kids needing no further support, our impact is lasting!
Our pediatric staff has extensive, specialized experience and training. Our team members provide a variety of services in homes and natural environments using a family-centered approach throughout Kitsap and North Mason Counties.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Schedule & Location: This position works Monday to Friday with no weekends or holidays. We will work with you to create a schedule that fits your life! You'll be doing some admin work from home or in the office, but most of your time will be spent in the field helping families.
As a full- or part-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist, no two days are the same! You spend most of your time traveling between homes, parks, daycares, and other natural environments engaging children using a parent-coaching model. Whether it's improving motor skills, sensory integration, or building life skills, your goal is to empower families with the tools they need to continue the progress. As part of a collaborative team, you'll participate in weekly staff meetings and case conferencing, where you'll join fellow therapists and educators taking a team approach to evaluate children for services You'll:
- Conduct assessments and design personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy in natural environments-homes, parks, or wherever the child feels comfortable.
- Collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team of therapists to ensure every child has the best chance to succeed.
- Attend weekly team meetings and case conferences to discuss progress and strategies.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university
- Pediatric occupational therapy training and/or experience
- Washington State Professional License through the Washington State Department of Health
- Valid Washington driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of current personal liability insurance
- Good driving record, as defined by HRC's agency insurance policy
- Willingness to obtain a CPR/First Aid Certification within the first 90 days of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Neurodevelopmental Treatment Training and/or a Sensory Integration Certification
