What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the dental sector through inside and field sales efforts
- Make outbound calls, emails, and schedule in-person meetings with dental practices to promote products and services
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to build relationships and generate leads
- Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while accurately maintaining records of sales activities using CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
