As a Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Immunology, you will work with HEOR’s center of excellence and cross-functional partners formulating our strategies, plans, and studies. We develop and implement global and regional HEOR strategies and programs to inform, support, and strengthen commercialization activities, including clinical development, marketing, and market access.
This position will require you to be on-site for 3+ days/week at our Sleepy Hollow, NY offices. If eligible, we can offer relocation assistance. We do not have the option for a fully remote position.
A typical day may include the following:- Collaborate with our Alliance partner on HEOR plans, studies, and projects; build and maintain constructive and positive relationships across Alliance.
- Lead and collaborate with HEOR subject matter experts to develop and implement evidence generation plans supporting clinical development and value demonstration.
- Partner with cross-functional and business partners to develop and support compelling product value propositions striving to optimize access, reimbursement, and uptake.
- Identify HEOR evidence requirements and gaps, and design, conduct, and deliver studies and tools to support relative value demonstration and product differentiation.
- Conduct population and disease state analyses and epidemiology studies to inform clinical development and product life-cycles.
- Provide timely and strategic recommendations to clinical development programs by identifying appropriate comparators, target patient populations, and endpoints aimed at ensuring differentiation.
- Lead and guide the development and implementation of Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) strategies. Develop and validate PRO endpoints for integration in pivotal studies for NDA/MAA dossiers, labels, and global healthcare agency interactions.
- Evaluate relevant health technology assessment (HTA) decisions and apply key findings. Develop submissions to various HTA agencies to secure reimbursement.
- Lead, build, and implement research partnerships with key global and US national and regional healthcare industry organizations.
- Drive the incorporation of the HEOR perspective into commercial evaluations and portfolio management decisions.
- Report, publish, and disseminate our HEOR data and study results in compliance with company, industry, and regulatory requirements.

To be considered, you should have a Ph.D., MS, or MD, PharmD., B. Pharm with a master’s degree in an HEOR-related field (e.g., health economics, epidemiology, healthcare/data analytics, health services research, public health). 7+ years of pharmaceuticals or consulting experience with strong technical expertise required in the design and conduct of HEOR studies and models. Experience in working in a team environment and ability to lead to implement business strategies. US managed care or immunology experience is a plus.

Salary Range (annually): $198,000.00 - $330,000.00
