RN Clinical Staff Leader -VARIED SHIFTS - 1 Acute Care Trauma Surgical

The Registered Nurse Clinical Staff Leader will ensure clinical care delivery and optimal patient outcomes. The RN Clinical Staff Leader will be involved in providing clinical patient care and assist in ensuring the quality of patient care delivery in a specific patient care area. Additionally, this role will serve as a role model for professional nursing practice, review appropriate staffing based on patient acuity and needs, assess nursing service needs, and recommend corrective actions when appropriate.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS prior to the end of the orientation period.
