PRACTICE OPPORTUNITYMcLaren Greater Lansing is seeking a Program Director to spearhead a developing resident training program in Emergency Medicine, program located in
Lansing, MI. A successful program director will be responsible for the new program development and accreditation activities as prescribed by the ACGME. In addition, the program director will lead the programs recruitment and mentorship of core faculty and residents, along with curriculum development, program policies and evaluation. Candidates should be willing to combine administrative and diagnostic time (50/50) to support the clinical learning environment. Qualified candidates will be board certified in emergency medicine, have at least 3 years’ experience as a faculty member, have recent works of scholarly activity (last 5 years) as defined by the ACGME and eligible for state licensure in Michigan.
