We are looking for a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiac Surgery team at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital. We're helping move cardiovascular care forward regionally and nationally through our MedStar Heart & Vascular Institute, with clinical research, better diagnostic tools, and advanced treatments that are always patient-focused.

This role will be inpatient and PRN. Primarily, the duties of the role will be pre and post-op care and determining the plan of care.

The shifts will include days, evenings, and weekends and require a commitment of at least 2, 10-hour shifts per month.

The ideal candidate will have background experience in cardiac surgery or a surgical setting.
