Description
Assists with general support of the professional staff in the operating suites. Activities focus on maintaining a safe, hazard-free, clean environment that facilitates patient-focused care. OR Assistants handle equipment and supplies, clean and decontaminate Operating Rooms and equipment, and operate and perform routine maintenance on a variety of technical equipment, and restock supplies. A solid attendance record, positive attitude, and flexibility are required.
Hours: Full Time Variable Shift (36 hours weekly)
Required Qualifications:
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
- Upon hire: Certified Nursing Assistant
- 1 year Hospital experience
