The RN Survivorship utilizes in-depth knowledge of physical assessment and management of illnesses or conditions within the registered nurse's scope of practice. This includes collaboration with other licensed health professionals such as physicians, pharmacists, and other nurses. The RN Survivorship will work directly with physicians on issues related to survivorship care plans.

Required Qualifications:
- Completion of a recognized program to obtain an RN license in the State of Washington.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- 2 years Experience in Oncology nursing.
