We welcome newly graduated veterinarians (and current veterinary students) to apply to this position where they will receive individualized support with our 6-month mentorship program and a collaborative hospital team environment.
We are a well-equipped facility with a devoted and highly skilled staff. We provide veterinary services to companion dogs, cats, and small mammals. Our AAHA accredited hospital is committed to providing the highest standard of quality professional care in veterinary medicine to our patients. In addition to primary care services such as wellness exams, preventative care, and vaccinations, we also offer our clients state-of-the-art equipment and services such as EKG, digital x-rays, ultrasound, endoscopy, and advanced surgical procedures.
Our team strives to practice the highest quality of medicine while nurturing the human-animal bond through progressive and thoughtful medical care for our patients and client education. We work diligently with client constraints and focus on providing exceptional, empathetic customer service.
Work-life balance is essential at VCA Saukville. Schedule includes 4 days/week and a rotating half day on Saturday. No on-call hours or late evenings are required.
VCA Saukville is located in beautifully scenic Ozaukee County, 5 miles off the shores of Lake Michigan by our lakeshore neighbor, Port Washington. Just off of Dekora Street/Highway 33 - known as the 'gateway' to the town of Saukville, we're a stone’s throw from the neighboring communities of Cedarburg, West Bend, and Grafton and are 20 minutes north of Milwaukee; easy to find locally as well as easy access to Highway I43.
